Commissioning

This week has been dedicated to commissioning a system for load testing of electric motors exposed to a static magnetic field of 0.1 T.

Through the Research Institute of Sweden, RISE in Borås, we learned about this project. Together with our partner HydTec, a solution was developed that we were able to deliver and it has now been put into operation at the customer's premises. Everything went well and some small adjustments were made at the customer's request. For those wondering, the motor is exposed to a static magnetic field and you want to learn a little about how, for example, an electric motor behaves in such an environment We ran with half load and increased said magnetic field in steps to 0.1 Tesla At 0.1 T, the motor current has doubled, which was expected, while the active power remained at the set level.
